  • Italian Theme: Fresh Pasta from Scratch with a Classic Bolognese and/or Creamy Mushroom Marsala, & Chicken Milanese

  • Latin Theme: Homemade Tortillas for Roasted Chicken Poblano Tacos, Classic Spanish Rice, & Elotes with Spicy Cilantro Cream

  • American Theme: Grilled & Stuffed Burgers, Bourbon Marinated, Caramelized Onion & White Cheddar or Blue Cheese & Black Pepper Bacon, Butter Crisped Buns, & Rosemary Garlic French Fries with homemade ketchup

  • Comfort Food: Herb Roasted Chicken Breasts, Asparagus, Radish, and New Potato Salad with Herb Dressing, Balsamic Green Beans and Pearl Onions

  • Date Night (Good idea for couples night): Sous Vide Peppercorn Crusted Ribeye with Blue Cheese, Artichokes w/ Champagne Vinaigrette, Buttery Red & Sweet Potatoes, Chocolate Orange Souffle *additional charge for cost of premium ingredients.*
